During October, NCSL, in partnership with SSAT, delivered 45 'Leading the change' workshops across all nine government regions. These workshops provided support on leading the change in the context of one of the most significant educational reforms in our system. The workshops provided senior leaders with the opportunity to engage and share best practice with colleagues across establishment type and areas.
In addition, during November 2008, four middle school personalised workshops were delivered across the country supporting the journey of change and impact on learning and attainment within middle schools.
A selection of case studies and presentations from these workshops will shortly be available.
If you have any queries about any of the workshops, please contact Alison Matthews, Senior Project Co-ordinator on 0115 872 2567.
