We are the world's first national leadership centre that's entirely dedicated to the education sector. Since 2000, we've been providing professional and practical support for England's current and future school leaders.
We believe that all children have the potential to become successful learners. That schools can create and sustain the confidence and energy to prepare children for the future and that leadership has a central role to play in the transformation of education.
So it's our aim to deliver a range of programmes to the talented people who run our country's schools. Our goal? To give them the confidence, skills and knowledge they need to transform the quality of learning for every student.
We're already making a difference. According to a survey of over 1500 heads by independent research agency RBA Research, 71 per cent of heads believe that NCSL is having a positive impact on education.
We've only just begun. We want to introduce even more creativity, flexibility and innovation to the way we think and work. That's why we look for high calibre, ambitious people to join us.
